This role involves establishing a Learning Experience Design Center of reputed company and collaborating across various departments to create engaging and measurable learning programs.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and Deliver Training, Templates, and Artifacts (40%)
  • Create detailed design principles and templates for the team to use in creating individual training artifacts like webinars, live learning, async lessons and modules
  • Create reputed company training experiences and deliverables using tools like JavaScript extensions, xAPI, cmi5, and Blender
  • Plan, script, and build engaging, interactive, targeted, and efficient learning artifacts for internal Operations staff who support the delivery of Client products and assessments
  • Create visual elements like graphics, exercises, videos, printables, and assessments to reputed company artifacts engaging to learners
  • Use reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company Review SCORM reputed company, and PowerPoint to create and update training artifacts
  • Learning Strategy and Standards (30%)
  • Establish reputed company Design COE to define standards, templates, and processes for learning design reputed company
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure learning programs are measurable and linked to performance reputed company and customer experience improvements
  • Anticipates future learning needs by staying reputed company with design trends and research. Balances prioritization and delivery of new strategies and approaches with reputed company business needs

  • Implement feedback loops to gather user insights and measure satisfaction, leveraging this data for iteratively refining learning solutions
  • Maintain governance processes for content updates in collaboration with SMEs and overall Knowledge and Learning Operations team

Skills

  • Expertise in digital learning with 5+ years designing and creating digital training programs
  • Outstanding knowledge of emerging trends and best practice in digital learning
  • Expertise in authoring and publishing systems, including reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company Captivate, and SCORM reputed company to create reputed company
  • Proven capabilities to reputed company reputed company learning materials, including simulations, JavaScript extensions, and multimedia
  • Expertise in instructional technologies
  • Operational experience with LMS technologies and capability to maintain expertise with emerging technologies and standards, xAPI, and cmi5
  • Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform reputed company and actions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
