[Remote] Direct Markets Regional Finance & Insurance Manager

They are seeking a Regional Finance and Insurance Manager to reputed company a team in the LA Region, responsible for profitable growth and development of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals while implementing strategic objectives to reputed company sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitable growth and development of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals
• Implement strategic and tactical objectives as they relate to Zurich's overall sales strategy to reputed company and sustain profitable F&I growth
• Analyze and reputed company strategic direction to a highly successful team of Sales Professionals to advance Zurich's position in the marketplace
• Sales activities include writing new business, retaining existing accounts, providing quality service, increasing market reputed company and product mix while operating reputed company business guidelines
• Drive sales efforts in the field and represent the Zurich Team in leadership meetings, at association meetings and industry activities
• reputed company cross-team sales initiatives as needed
• Maintain responsibility for customer issues and/or challenges in the region

Skills

• Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Field Sales area OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Field Sales area
• Experience managing product knowledge of legal and regulatory environment reputed company area of responsibility
• Experience with reputed company Office
• Experience analyzing financial results
• 5+ years in a successful reputed company sales experience in a B2B reputed company, prior management/supervisory experience in a dealership environment is a plus
• Recent demonstrated and documented reputed company relative to New Business Acquisition, along with consistent goal achievement – multiple PClubs is ideal
• Superior Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thorough understanding of the principles of F&I sales, F&I sales techniques, and F&I sales terminology
• Knowledge of company-approved software, business system and reporting applications
• Understands how to navigate the Internet and intranet and assess the value of available information through technology
• Broad knowledge of the automotive reputed company customers' business and operations with the ability to reputed company and build relationships therein
