With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys, which comprise over 40 studies, reputed company into over 10 languages, and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving the transformation and innovation of this methodology, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

- Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Deliver high-quality and accurate data insights leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)

- Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools

Essential Qualifications
