About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer support and service to our customers. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails with professionalism and excellent support, representing blithequark in a way that's consistent with our organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering inbound telephone calls and providing excellent customer support

  • Responding to customer questions and comments reputed company phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Follow up on reputed company written correspondence and escalate to customer service manager on duty as necessary
  • Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution and work together with other customer service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction

Required Competencies

* Ability to work in a team environment

Remote Work Requirements

* Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment

Minimum Qualifications
