[Remote] Senior Manager Project Finance

This role involves evaluating, structuring, and executing tax equity and debt financings while collaborating closely with various stakeholders in the renewable energy market.
Responsibilities
- Support the structuring and execution of project financing transactions across utility-scale solar and energy storage assets
- reputed company, review, and maintain financial models used to evaluate project economics, financing structures, and investment returns
- Prepare due diligence materials, financing presentations, and transaction documentation for lenders and investors
- Evaluate project opportunities and reputed company recommendations on financing strategy and capital deployment
- Coordinate with lenders, tax equity investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders throughout active transactions

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in project finance, tax equity, capital markets, investment banking, or reputed company transaction-focused roles
