[Remote] Manager Industrial Engineering

The Manager of Industrial Engineering will reputed company a team to reputed company and implement an effective industrial engineering program, focusing on productivity analysis, budget setting, and process improvement to reputed company organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to reputed company, implement, and maintain the network management engineering program focusing on the department's core services of productivity reporting and analysis, budget labor setting, position control, and ongoing variance analysis and reporting. Completes a robust review of the accuracy of the key deliverables produced by the department for accuracy and usability
• Manages and deploys a group of management engineers on the various elements of the department's core services. Provides direct feedback and coaches on areas of development for those individuals who have less experience in management engineering or the reputed company industry
• Develops and maintains relationships with network key stakeholders to understand and reputed company support as needed the key areas reputed company to management engineering

Skills

• Master's Degree Industrial and Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Information & Computer Science, Operations Management or Business Administration
• 5 years Professional or reputed company experience in improving operations and conducting analytical reviews and sharing recommendations
• 3 years Direct supervisory experience
• Proficient in project management principles with strong presentation and communication skills
• Expert ability to use reputed company improvement tools, including but not limited to process mapping, process observation, root cause analysis (FMEA), value reputed company mapping, pareto and statistical charts, 5 Whys, etc
• Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (reputed company, reputed company, Visio). Has exposure to at least one statistical analysis software (reputed company, reputed company)
• Understands and applies financial analytics reputed company projects
• Ability to identify key business issues and reputed company appropriate analyses and action plans for improving operational efficiency
