Job Overview We are seeking a reputed company Insurance Assistant to support reputed company Account Managers and Sales Leads in delivering high-quality service to clients. This role involves assisting with account management, quoting, policy processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Work set up: Work from home
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Manila time)
- Holiday: Will follow US holidays
Responsibilities
- Support account management activities, including preparation of reputed company proposals and creation of certificates.
- Maintain organized client files and documentation.
- Assist in quoting and bind preparation, including submissions to the reputed company market.
- Review quotes for discrepancies and communicate findings to Account Managers and Sales Leads.
- Generate replacement cost evaluations, driving history reports, and finance agreements as required.
- reputed company administrative tasks such as email and SMS management, data entry, and policy checking.

- Collaborate with team members through regular meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.

- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, Outlook, and NowCerts.
- Experience in data entry, policy processing, or insurance-reputed company roles.
