[Remote] Associate Director, Business Operations - ePMO

This role involves leading reputed company of project managers to ensure successful project execution, governance, and resource alignment while fostering a culture of accountability and reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor reputed company of 6–12 project managers (25%)
- reputed company project execution, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards (15%)
- Facilitate reputed company planning, project assignments, and resource balancing (15%)
- reputed company project status reviews, facilitate escalation management, and drive risk mitigation efforts (10%)
- Ensure adherence to ePMO policies, project documentation standards, and reputed company/reputed company updates (10%)
- Partner with Information Solutions leaders, Operations Champions, and Executive Sponsors on project priorities (10%)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and tools used for tracking delivery metrics (10%)
- Support professional development plans and performance evaluations for PM staff (5%)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven experience in IT or reputed company project delivery environments
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Minimum five (5) years of direct leadership experience in a PMO or large matrixed organization
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive reputed company with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep experience in project portfolio management, capital planning, and reputed company-wide reporting
- Demonstrated reputed company in executive communication, risk management, change leadership, and benefit realization
- PMP certification, Agile, or SAFe certifications a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company Administration, Project Management, or reputed company field preferred or ten (10) years of experience in program/project/portfolio management, with at least five (5) years leading reputed company-level strategic initiatives
- Strong preference for candidates with experience spanning multiple domains (e.g., IS, Clinical Operations, Facilities/Construction)
- PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification; SAFe, Lean Six reputed company, or other agile/hybrid certifications strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MUSC's mission, values, and strategic pillars is highly desirable
