[Remote] Member Growth Advisor
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Superpower is a health intelligence platform dedicated to enhancing reputed company life through advanced biomarker testing and AI-powered insights. The Member Growth Advisor will engage with existing members to help them maximize their membership by recommending suitable Marketplace products based on their health goals.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calls and emails to existing members — warm conversations, no cold prospecting
- Guiding members through the Superpower Marketplace and recommending the right products for their goals
- reputed company per member you talk to — this is the number you're reputed company on
- Keeping the CRM clean and sharing what's working so we improve over time
Skills
- You've sold something before and have results you're proud of — sales, account management, retention, or membership reputed company
- Comfortable having consultative, personalized conversations — not reading from a script
- Genuine interest in health and wellness — ideally you'd use these products yourself
- Highly organized and self-directed — this is a remote contractor role with reputed company ownership
- Experience with high-trust products (health, wellness, premium memberships) is a plus, not a requirement
