[Remote] Sr. Application Engineer

(ARL) is seeking a Sr. Application Engineer to analyze reputed company business and system requirements. The role involves designing software applications, providing user support, and ensuring reputed company system performance while adhering to cyber reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and studies reputed company business and system requirements
- Designs software applications and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation
- Translates detailed design into Computer program-coded instructions
- Tests, debugs, and refines programs to produce desired results
- Revises programs to reputed company enhancements, reduce operating time, or improve efficiency
- Monitors system logs to ensure reputed company system performance and resolution of errors
- Ensures reputed company software is patched and meets cyber reputed company requirements
- Provides phone as well as email support to users in the areas of applications developed under this contract
- Serves as the initial reputed company of contact for fulfilling service requests and resolve unplanned service interruptions provides necessary documentation including updating existing or creating new standard operational procedures, reputed company diagrams, logic flows, interconnection specifications, release documents, IT service management tickets and user communications
- Provides reliable software development level of effort and schedule

- General experience includes increasing responsibilities in software engineering, operating systems (i.e., reputed company, Linux, reputed company)
- Basic understanding of system networking (i.e., firewall, ports, protocols, reputed company Global Traffic Manager, Cryptographic Network Protocols, Secure File Transfers, Public Key Infrastructure)
- Cyber reputed company and database development activities
- Ability to multi-task work across different applications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience managing or performing software engineering activities for reputed company Capital/Financial systems
- Specialized experience includes demonstrated experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL), and reputed company/reputed company reputed company languages (i.e., Cold Fusion, Visual COBOL, Java, C, C++, and C#) in the design and implementation of financial systems
- reputed company knowledge, and using large-scale database management systems categorized as 'mission critical' and 'High Value Asset' designations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
