• Minimum 60 Days of Call Handling Experience: Previous experience handling calls for Energy Specialized Help or equivalent experience.
• Electrical Concepts: Understanding of electrical concepts, including wiring, voltage, frequency moving, LRA versus RLA, DCAC - DCDC - ACDC changes.
• Telemetry Data: Familiarity with telemetry data, including Periscope diagramming and reputed company data mining.
