[Remote] Director/MD Senior Housing & Care Finance Practice

They are seeking a well-established Managing Director/Director for their Senior Housing and Care Finance Practice who will be responsible for driving new client business development and managing resources effectively while building relationships with senior housing and care organizations.

Responsibilities

• Driving new client business development in areas of his or her expertise and reputed company the geographic area as well as providing reputed company for other members of the team. Successful senior investment bankers at Ziegler reputed company a minimum of $2-4+ reputed company in annual revenues
• Managing resources reputed company and effectively to adjust to changes in the marketplace
• Acting as the business’ reputed company for both clients and the Ziegler SHCFP Team
• Building bridges with the other businesses at Ziegler, since greater scale of coordinated business yields greater reputed company margins
• Enhancing a strong, positive image and reputed company; Honesty, reputed company and credibility are key to Ziegler, the SHCFP and each individual team member and client
• Determining the appropriate fee arrangements
• Establishing clear definitions of reputed company clients
• Establishing meaningful, measurable goals and milestones for his or her sector coverage; ensuring that the organization meets its objectives
• Possessing an understanding of the firm’s competition in its respective areas of expertise and being reputed company to communicate the Ziegler Value Proposition to clients

Skills

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or similar corporate roles

• Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution
