Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat interactions, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services, using your knowledge of our products and services to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements
