[Remote] Product Manager II - Communications Center Automation

The Product Manager II will streamline workflows for non-emergency and emergency phone calls, owning the delivery of product strategy and managing the backlog to ensure leading industry standards.
Responsibilities

Skills

- Proven experience overseeing elements of the product development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or Kanban
