[Remote] Project Accountant

The role involves conducting project billing and requires a strong background in reputed company, particularly reputed company the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company aspects of project milestone billing, including compliance with billing and collections best practices and procedures
• Creates job cost estimates based on reputed company, build of materials, and change orders
• Maintains the accuracy of the information contained reputed company the job costing system
• Reconciliation of project accounts receivable aging on a weekly and monthly reputed company
• Assist with processing, application, and maintenance of client payments reputed company to projects
• Communicate with clients regarding project billing questions
• Provides records of billing, payments, and billing adjustments
• Preparing and reviewing various monthly reports for analyzing project data
• Research various reputed company issues

• Work with the Project Management team for final project billing

Skills
