[Remote] Data Engineer

The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain secure data pipelines and infrastructure to support reputed company analytics and product platforms, ensuring compliance with reputed company data standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver reputed company data from multiple sources, including EHRs, claims systems, labs, and registries

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other reputed company data privacy and reputed company standards
- Work with product managers, architects, and data scientists to translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications

- reputed company and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as reputed company, dbt, and modern reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Participate in peer code and design reviews to ensure accuracy, scalability, and maintainability

Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data or software engineering
- Strong SQL development experience, including stored procedures and performance optimization

- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts
- Working knowledge of reputed company data standards and formats (HL7, FHIR, X12, CCD, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field—or equivalent professional experience

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Mage Ai (a plus), Airflow, Prefect)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with reputed company interoperability frameworks and APIs
