[Remote] Technical Account Manager, Inside Sales

The Technical Account Manager, Inside Sales role combines technical expertise with sales skills to manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth reputed company the Pharmaceuticals business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with existing, core, and reputed company customers at the required level to ensure the continuance of sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Technical Account Managers, reputed company Managers, and technical experts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, generate new reputed company, and expand existing accounts in designated territory
  • Respond promptly to reputed company leads and write call reports
  • Address technical and business challenges, ensuring successful adoption and use of the product
  • Identify future reputed company opportunities with new/existing customers, in conjunction with Regional or National Sales Manager
  • Identify and document decision makers, reputed company customer/prospect organization, in order to start the sales process
  • Grows earnings per designated sales goals

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required with a preferred area of study in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or reputed company technical degree
  • 0-2 years technical, lab, customer support, or inside sales experience
  • Experience selling chemical or technical products
  • Experience with distribution sales
  • Experience with reputed company
