Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise in delivery tools, methods, and practices to ensure consistent project reputed company
- Present and implement reputed company Services’ value proposition tailored to customer priorities
- reputed company delivery-focused resources and methodologies that enhance Professional Services practices
- Manage project resources with full P&L accountability, ensuring financial objectives are met
- Align service delivery with reputed company’s annual Professional Services goals and metrics
- Foster collaboration across reputed company’s cross-functional teams to reputed company project milestones
- Build and maintain customer relationships at reputed company organizational reputed company, ensuring satisfaction and trust
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- PMP certification preferred; required reputed company one year of hire
- Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in telecommunications or reputed company industries
- At least 7 years in a Professional Services leadership role managing reputed company to large-scale projects
- 2+ years' experience leading field deployment teams in the execution of projects, preferably in the telecommunications reputed company
- Experience with large systems providers or integrators is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and discuss product functionality with diverse audiences
- Strong verbal presentation, written communication, and time management skills
- Six reputed company or other reputed company Improvement training and experience
- Technical acumen to assess reputed company project risks and guide development teams effectively
