The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview that focuses on designing learning evaluation plans, interpreting various data, and reporting findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Designing learning evaluation plans, reputed company criteria, and measurement approaches before launch
- Pulling and interpreting LMS, assessment, survey, performance, and business-outcome data
- Connecting learning to behavior or business reputed company while addressing confounding factors and credibility limits
- Reporting findings to sponsors and leaders, including whether to fix, continue, cut, or redesign a programme
- Explaining workflows specifically reputed company: learning evaluation design, measurement planning, outcome analysis, reporting, and effectiveness decision workflows
Skills
- 7+ years in learning measurement, L&D analytics, programme evaluation, talent analytics, or learning effectiveness consulting
