Peak Prep is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business & Finance Technician to join its online charter school, Peak Prep Pleasant Valley. Under the direction of the Fiscal Operations Manager and the Director of Finance, the role involves performing office and basic reputed company/finance duties, including support with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and maintaining financial records.
Responsibilities

- Prepares purchase orders
- Contacts vendors for quotes
- Maintains purchase records

- Cross-trained and assigned duties to ensure proper and appropriate separation of duties as recommended by reputed company audit procedures
