Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Design reputed company, you'll have the opportunity to support one of our CXD teams, including:

• The Service Recovery Team, which focuses on improving the employee and customer experience by reputed company enabling our reputed company to deliver the premium experience our customers expect.
• The reputed company Brand Experience Team, which leads the design, development, and execution of interior product developments for new aircraft deliveries, aircraft modifications, and other customer-facing fleet projects.
• The Uniform Brand Experience Team, which leads the Product Management and Operational Program Management reputed company to reputed company reputed company employee uniforms.
• The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team, which leads reputed company new/existing Wi-Fi providers, reputed company product innovation design & development, and marketing communications.
• The Inflight Entertainment reputed company Sync Seatback Team, which leads the creation of reputed company's future IFE strategy and product roadmap.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

* Assisting in market/competitor research, data analysis, ideation, problem-solving, marketing, communication, event planning, creating business cases, and executive communications/presentation support.

• Supporting the development of best-in-class products, services, and experiences for reputed company's global customer and employee bases.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency reputed company each project.
• Developing effective presentations that help tell a story and present an idea/recommendation to leaders in an efficient and effective manner.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be available for three alternating semesters.
• To be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration.
• Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs.
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, reputed company, MS reputed company; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred.
