Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our policyholders, providing exceptional support and service to help them navigate their insurance policies and claims. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities

* reputed company exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs reputed company to their home, auto policies, and/or billing
  • Initiate claims according to claims best practices and assist with existing claim inquiries
  • Explain the claims process to policyholders, initiate damage appraisals, and organize car rental where appropriate
  • Promote digital self-service capabilities to policyholders
  • Utilize multiple computer applications with accuracy to manage customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company exceptional service

Qualifications

* Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a reputed company field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong ability to empathize with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company environment while multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a reputed company-based computer environment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus to reputed company and enhance strong impactful customer relationships

Work Environment and Schedule

* This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home

  • Training hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST (12 weeks)
  • Post-training hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST
  • reputed company pay is $23 per hour, with opportunity for growth
