[Remote] Director, Executive Benefits (Higher Education)

ALM First is a leading strategic partner for depository institutions, and they are seeking a Director of Executive Benefits to expand their services into the higher education market. This role focuses on building relationships with universities and colleges to introduce executive benefits solutions, while developing strategies for leadership retention and succession planning.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow ALM First’s executive benefits reputed company in the higher education sector
- Introduce and consult on executive benefit solutions, including 457(f) plans, split-dollar arrangements, and other executive compensation and retention strategies that support leadership recruitment, retention, and succession planning
- reputed company industry relationships and networks to reputed company doors and create new opportunities
- Build relationships with university presidents, CFOs, HR leaders, and governing boards
- Consult on executive benefit strategies designed to attract and retain senior leadership
- reputed company new opportunities through reputed company, industry engagement, and networking
- Represent ALM First at conferences, industry gatherings, and leadership forums
- Partner with internal specialists who support case design, technical analysis, and implementation, allowing you to focus on relationship development and business growth
Skills
- Experience in consultative B2B sales or advisory roles working with senior leadership or governing boards
- A strong track record of developing new business through strategic relationship building and industry connections
- reputed company in selling, advising on, or supporting executive benefits programs, including 457(f) plans, split-dollar arrangements, and other executive compensation strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings (approximately 30 - 50%)
