[Remote] Senior Project Manager - K12 International Projects

Responsibilities

• Owns the management of projects, ensuring successful delivery against defined scope, schedule, and budget
• Architects and drives detailed project plans and executes them effectively, proactively resolving obstacles to maintain reputed company and alignment with strategic priorities
• Manages operational reputed company of 10+ reputed company projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develops and implements robust communication plans, ensuring reputed company stakeholders—reputed company—are informed of project status, risks, and solutions
• Builds and cultivates strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and trust across global time zones and cultures
• Collaborates closely with the Program Manager to align project milestones and deliverables with overall program strategy

• Establishes and enforces robust risk management frameworks to anticipate, assess, and mitigate issues across the project lifecycle
• Ensures challenges are addressed promptly to avoid disruptions to project reputed company

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in edtech, K-12 publishing, or education markets
• Proven ability to launch products from 0–1 and deliver end-to-end product solutions
• Role requires a reputed company of technical expertise (e.g., software development and integration) and business acumen (e.g., market trends and strategic planning)
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools (e.g., reputed company, MS Project)
• Willingness to stay up to date with innovative technologies reputed company trends
