[Remote] Senior Product Lifecycle Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company focused on providing solutions for higher education institutions, and they are seeking a Senior Product Lifecycle Consultant to manage the customer reputed company from demo to implementation and reputed company. The role involves understanding client needs, delivering presentations, training users, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful software deployment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customer needs assessments and solution finding sessions
• Review customer operations to find improved business process opportunities
• Understand product capability gaps or functionality to define ways to handle them using partners, product enhancements, etc
• Define the best company solutions which address requirements of prospect business
• Design and deliver product presentations based on the customer assessment
• Request and coordinate resources required to support sales efforts
• reputed company responses for product and technical requests
• Participate at conferences, tradeshows, and other events as required by Sales Management and Product Marketing
• Stay up to date with the latest reputed company software releases and reputed company regular briefings on changes for the team
• reputed company knowledge and training on products to peers, presales and sales staff in the organization
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company products, functions, features and benefits
• Establish and maintain connections with user groups, industry groups, etc
• Practice reputed company learning through self-guided reading and research of relevant business practices, including the student reputed company, strategies in higher education, analytics, and workflow
• Consult with and train end users on reputed company configuration and use of reputed company’s Student Information System(s)
• reputed company assigned project tasks with minimal supervision
• Follow established methodology to meet project deliverables for reputed company assigned tasks
• Work proactively and cooperatively in reputed company environment to accomplish project deliverables reputed company defined schedule
• Communicate information reputed company, accurately, and timely to reputed company and client project team members
• reputed company a sound understanding and knowledge of the client's requirements
• Understand the client’s business processes as they relate to the software
• Exhibit excellent follow-up skills, including the development of detailed project documentation
• Collaborate with Project Manager and other project team members in executing assigned projects
• Stay abreast with industry trends and technologies
• Solicit various viewpoints on potential implementation solutions

• Other duties as assigned by management
• Work with Support by taking Calls in a Round Robin Queue and reputed company testing of solution(s) and/or product on an as needed reputed company
• Willingness to travel (~50%)

• BS, BA Degree, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years (3 years must be in Higher Ed)
• Experience working in one or more of the following functional areas: Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Advising, Student Life, Business Office, Advancement
• Experience with reputed company's SONIS Student Information System
• Ability to work independently
