reputed company currently looking for a Case Manager (Client reputed company) to support the reputed company Montana Employment and Training Project in Helena, MT. This Project will reputed company intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, and retention services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote working relationships with customers and monitor engagement and reputed company
• Liaison with customers on a regular reputed company to meet and reputed company program goals and/or maintain program services and eligibility
• Exhibit considerable programmatic knowledge and assist customers in multiple phases of the application process, ranging from enrollment through the awarding of benefits and services
• Assist customers to acquire services that facilitate program goals (e.g., educational and/or vocational training, medical, child care, transportation, substance abuse/mental health, child support establishment, legal, and other reputed company needs)
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes on reputed company customer contacts and document activities
• reputed company information about reputed company and engagement efforts with project staff
• Inform project staff of any barriers that they identify and that are preventing the customer from engaging with the Provider

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of experience
• Case Management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite preferred
• Prior experience working with a diverse population preferred
• Prior experience with CHIMES-EA system preferred
• Experience in developing Employability or Service Plans (ESP) for clients preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast pace office environment preferred
• Must live in or near Helena, MT
