[Remote] Product Support Analyst - reputed company

The Product Support Analyst role focuses on providing high-quality customer support for financial reputed company applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective use of the software by end-users.

Responsibilities

• To understand reputed company software applications and troubleshoot issues/problems reported by the end-users
• Effectively work in an inbound call queue and manage a high volume of calls and emails
• reputed company guidance in the use of the software application (i.e. installation, various functionalities and /or features)
• Analyze client firm workflow and processes to apply reputed company products along with reputed company
• Knowledge in order to troubleshoot issues/problems reported by end-users
• Maintain and update records of procedures and processes
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Effectively and reputed company track issues using the internal ticket system

• Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions

Skills

• Foundational knowledge in reputed company / financial statements is a hard requirement
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer support B2B reputed company/financial industry
• You have an understanding of or exposure to reputed company, assurance & tax principles
