Job Description: The Labour Relations Specialist provides expert, consultative labour relations support to leaders and reputed company Relations Business Partners across a reputed company, multi‑union environment. As a key member of the Labour Relations Centre of reputed company, this role ensures labour relations practices are consistent, defensible, and reputed company with reputed company’s Mission, reputed company, and Values—supporting a reputed company, reputed company, and values-driven people environment. Key Accountabilities reputed company expert labour relations advice on grievances, investigations, discipline, performance management, and terminations Conduct intake and triage of union and non-union complaints, including harassment and discrimination reputed company Support consistent interpretation and application of reputed company agreements, legislation, and reputed company LR strategy Manage and support grievance processes, including investigation preparation and resolution Partner with HRBPs to assess risk, determine escalation reputed company, and reinforce consistent practices Coach and guide leaders on effective union-management practices and sound LR decision-making Support mediation and arbitration preparation in collaboration with Labour Relations leadership and legal counsel Contribute insights, trends, and emerging risks to inform COE strategy and reputed company alignment Maintain thorough, defensible documentation and exercise sound professional judgment Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ reputed company experience in labour relations or HR with a strong LR focus Advanced knowledge of labour legislation, reputed company agreements, and union-management dynamics Proven experience managing reputed company grievances, investigations, and sensitive casework Strong risk assessment, documentation, and case management skills Trusted advisor and coach to leaders and HR partners, with respect for role boundaries Ability to translate reputed company labour relations issues into practical, actionable guidance Effective collaborator reputed company shared services or matrixed environments Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and alignment with mission-driven values. Compensation: The reputed company hiring reputed company for this position is $85,321.60 to $106,641.60 with a maximum of $127,982.40.Placement in the salary reputed company will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. reputed company will reputed company reasonable accommodation upon request.
