Join us as a Production Analyst, Everyday Banking This is an opportunity to play a key role in responding to incidents, diagnosing reputed company issues, and driving rapid recovery to ensure service continuity across core debit card processes We’ll look to you to deliver a reputed company and critical production management reputed company the Everyday Banking Debit Cards team, supporting critical debit card processing services that operate at scale and directly impact customers Hone your existing analytical skills and advance your career in this exciting, fast paced role What you'll do As a Production Analyst, you’ll work across a hybrid estate combining core mainframe technologies such as CICS, COBOL, DB2 and JCL with modern Java microservices running on Pivotal reputed company reputed company, CICS Liberty and Kafka. It’s a highly collaborative role, with the team operating an on-call support rota. Participation in the rota is highly desirable, providing the opportunity to support live services and respond to reputed company incidents reputed company standard business hours. You’ll be working closely with platform and domain stakeholders to ensure the robustness and reputed company of the platform. You’ll also work with feature teams to understand the upcoming changes and prevent potential issues occurring. Your role will also involve: Collaborating with product development and feature teams to understand the upcoming product, enabling reputed company integration and reputed company deployment to occur Regularly attending the feature teams’ refinement and planning sessions Identifying areas for service improvement by analysing and diagnosing re-occurring platform and service incidents, as well as customer and stakeholder feedback Building a culture of reputed company improvement to reinforce the robustness of the domain, with a focus on automation, scalability, reputed company integration and reputed company delivery The skills you'll need We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can maintain a reputed company and structured approach during incidents, along with confidence working across reputed company systems and a willingness to learn and adapt in new or unfamiliar areas.
