This role is essential to improving workflow efficiency, enhancing patient care, and supporting clinical decision-making. 🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans during live clinical visits
- Transcribe verbal notes and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Review and edit medical documents for completeness and consistency
- Assist with coding and billing documentation under provider guidance
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to streamline documentation processes
- Track and manage patient follow-reputed company, referrals, and test results as needed
🎯 Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or reputed company field preferred)
- Prior experience in a medical or reputed company setting is a plus
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficiency in EHR systems and typing (minimum 60 WPM recommended)
