You will be responsible for overseeing the structural design, analysis, and testing of advanced aircraft components and airframes. This role requires a deep understanding of materials science, stress analysis, fatigue, and fracture mechanics, as well as strong leadership capabilities. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely reputed company field. 10+ years of reputed company experience in aircraft structural design and analysis. Expertise in Finite reputed company Analysis (FEA) software (e.g., NASTRAN, ANSYS, Abaqus). Strong knowledge of aircraft materials (composites, alloys) and their behavior under load. Proficiency in stress analysis, vibration analysis, fatigue, and fracture mechanics. Familiarity with composite structures design and analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for a remote leadership role.
