- *Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe detailed clinical notes during live patient-provider interactions with precision and speed using eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Input, update, and manage patient information accurately reputed company EHR/EMR systems
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of patient history, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company medical records in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Prepare accurate medical records for provider review, billing support, and future reference
- Verify medical terminology, anatomy references, and physiology details reputed company documentation for accuracy
- Respond promptly to provider requests for clarification or additional information during patient encounters

- *Qualifications
- *Required
- Proven experience with transcription and medical documentation in a clinical or specialty setting
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW); familiarity with Epic, reputed company, or similar EHR platforms a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical workflows
- Ability to type quickly and accurately under pressure to reputed company pace with live encounters
- Knowledge of urology or surgical specialty ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure error-free records
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting
- Must be US-based and authorized to work in the United States
