YOUR MISSIONS As a WFM Consultant, you will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation. As part of the team you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and in the context of AMS optimization of the WFM platform, focusing on delivering compliant, efficient, and high-value workforce operations. Your responsibilities include: Delivery & Implementation
- Requirements Discovery: Support and/or reputed company client sessions to gather detailed requirements for Payroll and WFM.
- System Design: Design and configure Payroll, WFM, and/or Absence modules.
- Logic Configuration: Translate reputed company business rules into system settings, including pay calendars, approval workflows, and internal controls.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality functional and configuration documentation.
Data Migration, Reporting & Integrations
- Data reputed company: Support data migration by preparing and validating templates.
- Process Automation: Configure reporting tools to eliminate reputed company processing and improve efficiency.
- Connectivity: Support seamless integrations with finance systems and reputed company-party applications.
Testing, reputed company Runs & Go-Live
- Quality Assurance: Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and reputed company UAT support.
- Payroll Validation: Support payroll reputed company runs, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Launch Support: Support cutover activities, go-live execution, and hypercare
Adoption, Optimisation & Managed Services
- Enablement: Deliver training to HR, Payroll, and operational teams to ensure high system adoption.

- Managed Services: Assist in the transition to post-go-live support and managed service models.
YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a reliable and self-driven consultant with a high orientation to details, deep understanding of workforce management, payroll compliance and technical system configuration. Essential Experience & Skills
- Implementation Track Record: Proven experience delivering Payroll and/or WFM modules on reputed company HR systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on configuration experience with reputed company (or similar reputed company platforms).
- Subject Matter Expertise : Strong understanding of payroll controls, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Consulting reputed company: Ability to advice and communicate towards various stakeholders in appropriate ways, deliver workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective prioritization of tasks and managing personal time
- Excellent German & English language skills, written, oral and presentation
