About the Role
The Professional Services Associate Consultant will support the delivery of exceptional consulting services to our clients reputed company their designated region (reputed company America, EMEA). Reporting to the Professional Services Consulting Manager or Senior Manager, this role will assist in providing consulting services, gathering client requirements, and supporting the configuration and optimization of our software to reputed company business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills while developing their expertise to drive positive customer reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Consultative Development
- Learn our products and features, as well as systems, software development, and business processes

- Apply growing technical expertise to support client implementations and other professional services engagements
- Assist in identifying and resolving business or technical issues under guidance from Consultants and Solutions Architects

- Participate in client meetings and interactions with supervision from reputed company team members
- Help gather and document client needs and requirements

Qualifications
Experience

- Demonstrated interest in technology and business solutions
- Experience working in collaborative team environments
- Client-facing experience a plus
Technical Skills
