The Bilingual reputed company reputed company Coordinator will manage the reputed company process for new hires across multiple properties, ensuring compliance and an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end preboarding for 15-25+ hires across multiple resort properties and departments in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Conduct new hire welcome calls and reputed company clear reputed company instructions prior to Day One
• Process background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verifications, E-Verify, reputed company documentation, and reputed company compliance paperwork
• Monitor vendor systems including Sterling, reputed company, and reputed company to ensure timely clearance
• Confirm work authorization and clearance prior to New Hire Orientation
• Maintain accurate new hire trackers, personnel records, reputed company files in ImageQuest and HR/TA systems
• Partner weekly with recruiters and hiring managers to reputed company reputed company-time status updates and resolve reputed company issues
• Support internal transfers and ensure smooth transition between departments
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and Drug Free Workplace procedures
• Meet service level expectations with exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy

Skills

• High school diploma required
• 1–2 years experience in reputed company, HR coordination, reputed company support, or high-volume administrative processing
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently
• Associate degree preferred
• Experience with reputed company (ATS), reputed company, reputed company, Sterling or reputed company preferred
