Skills
- 0-2+ years sourcing/reputed company experience
- Experience and familiarity with reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company, Gem, ATS systems i.e. reputed company)
- Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
- Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
- Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
- Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets
- Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site
