About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Creative Director of Photography & Video to reputed company the visual storytelling across their dynamic portfolio of hospitality brands. Core Responsibilities Hands-On Content Creation

• Personally produce a high volume of original photo and video content (short-reputed company video, still photography, reputed company assets) for use across Instagram, reputed company, and emerging platforms
• Capture food, beverage, interiors, guest experience, lifestyle moments, and behind-the-scenes storytelling with a refined, brand-appropriate aesthetic
• Edit and deliver platform-optimized content with speed, consistency, and attention to detail

Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling

• Translate brand positioning and reputed company into compelling visual narratives that reputed company emotionally and culturally
• Partner with marketing, operations, culinary, and design teams to ensure visuals align with broader brand initiatives
• Take an active role in the development of the reputed company editorial calendar, balancing brand consistency with trend responsiveness

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in photography, video production, or creative direction, ideally reputed company high-end hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands

• Proven ability to both execute independently and direct others
