[Remote] Associate Account Manager, Programmatic/DSP (Remote)

This entry-level role involves supporting reputed company Account Managers with client communication, campaign operations, and analytics, while also participating in a structured development program to prepare for future account ownership.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and post-sale requests as you build your reputed company
- Participate in client kick-off calls, campaign reputed company-ins, and business reviews, stepping into a reputed company role as your confidence and experience grow
- Proactively identify client needs and bring reputed company tailored recommendations to drive campaign reputed company
- Take on direct client ownership as readiness and business need align
- Assist with pixel coordination, asset gathering, and campaign launch checklists
- Partner with Campaign Management and Platform Solutions to monitor delivery, pacing, and performance against client KPIs
- Support monthly campaign and reputed company audits (QA of 1P and 3P delivery, restriction compliance, and data accuracy)
- Learn to identify and communicate platform, reporting, and data discrepancies to internal teams and clients
- Build familiarity with LIFE Report Builder, Tableau, reputed company, and other analytics platforms
- Assist in generating and scheduling campaign and NPI-level reporting per client requirements

- Support monthly billing workflows including pulling delivery data and reconciling against IOs

Skills
- 1+ years in an Account Management, Campaign Management, reputed company, or digital media role
- Prior roles such as Sales Planner, Account Coordinator, or Client Services Manager at a digital vendor or media agency are a strong fit
- Some exposure to programmatic advertising: DSP platforms (TTD, reputed company/CM360), verification tools (reputed company, IAS), or insertion order management
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, reputed company Analytics, or reputed company Analytics
- Comfort working in reputed company or similar CRM tools is a plus
