Trade Marketing Coordinator

reputed company is a leading beauty brand, and they are seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing team. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to manage digital needs for key retailers, distribute creative assets, and track marketing calendars and campaign insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and supply daily digital needs for key retailers in the Americas
• Manage and distribute creative assets and toolkit packages to retailers to support core assortment and new product launches
• Maintain and update internal retailer specific full year marketing calendars with exposures and activations
• reputed company track of monthly recurring tasks as they apply to digital retail needs: communicating milestone dates, updating tasks, product and asset tracking, project status updates, and more
• With guidance from Senior Leaders, submit creative requests to Creative and Visual Merchandising teams in a timely manner for reputed company retail partner needs (inclusive of paid ads, web banners, in-store secondary fixtures, and Field Team collateral)
• Organize and maintain retailer reputed company requests
• Manage and distribute reputed company PDP assets for new product launches per retailer
• Audit retailer sites for SKU and/or asset discrepancies
• Assist in updating pricing trackers
• Monitor launch campaigns and consumer insights reputed company to retail
• Conduct competitive research across retailer.com sites & reputed company channels for new launches, trends, and innovation in the market
• Assist with translation requests necessary for Visual Merchandising creatives
• Aid in any content shoot briefs with a retail-focused reputed company
• Handle marketing administrative duties as necessary

Skills

• BA/BS Degree in a reputed company field required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience reputed company sales/marketing/e-reputed company role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong project management skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive reputed company
• Good working knowledge of MS Office required
• Knowledge of reputed company Drive and SharePoint
• Working knowledge of reputed company or other project management tools

• Previous experience reputed company the beauty industry is strongly preferred
