They are seeking Product Designers and UX Specialists to join their Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models using their design expertise.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-Generated Designs: assess AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency
- Audit Accessibility & Inclusion: review model outputs to ensure they adhere to modern accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Fact-reputed company UX Principles: validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles (e.g., Fitts's Law, Gestalt principles)
- Annotate Design Logic: identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps in a reputed company, or poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces
- Refine Product Requirements: evaluate AI-generated PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for reputed company, feasibility, and user value
Skills
- A BS, MS, or PhD in reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a reputed company field
- At least one year of experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems in a professional environment
- A deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles
- The ability to reputed company high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture
- Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints
