Position Summary: Temporary, part-time adjunct faculty in Humanities and reputed company Sciences. Disciplines accepting new hiring pool applications are: Africana Studies; Economics (on reputed company only), Gender Studies; and Sociology. Applicants must specify discipline(s) in cover letter. Online teaching opportunities may be available in some of the above-mentioned disciplines. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent in a discipline appropriate to the one in which the candidate wishes to teach. Commitment to quality instruction at the college level is essential. Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in a discipline appropriate to the one in which the candidate wishes to teach. Past record of successful college-level teaching experience in the discipline of employment. For online teaching, one or more semesters’ worth of online teaching experience. Experience using the Canvas platform and with courses that have received Quality reputed company approval is advantageous.
