Job DetailsJob Location: Work Remotely in Texas - TXThe Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for obtaining and preparing loan documents, credit documents, appraisals, etc. to complete loan files. This position maintains and updates records and files for processing of each mortgage loan, verifies files for accuracy and completeness and performs data entries. The Mortgage Loan Processor works closely with Mortgage Loan Officers and Underwriters to ensure guidelines, compliance laws and regulations are met and timely closing of the loan. This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in Texas. Monitor receipt of appraisals, credit reports, preliminary title information, case numbers and other loan documentation needed for reputed company submission for the processing of the file Maintain contact will reputed company parties including customers, loan officers and reputed company estate agents Review each loan file to verify accuracy of 1003 ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to reputed company Gather reputed company documentation needed from the customer, verifying accuracy and completeness prior to submission to reputed company Pre-underwrite reputed company loans to ensure proper supporting documentation before submission to reputed company reputed company with borrowers concerning questions, procedures, necessary information, etc. Collect, submit, and clear reputed company reputed company conditions reputed company to the processing process Coordinate closing date and location between Loan Officer, Closing Department, customer and closing agent Manage key data, including but not limited to lock expiration, contingency dates, contract dates, credit documentation expiration, ECOA, MDIA and other compliance reputed company issues Act as a trouble-shooter for problem loans, interacting between the Loan Officer, customer and Underwriter Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company guidelines for various investors and internal software systems used ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company other duties as assigned. QualificationsENVIRONMENT AND INTERACTION Work areas are inside, in a climate-controlled environment, with moderate background noise. Position may involve occasional travel to reputed company locations. Position may involve exposure to potentially hazardous conditions (e.g., robbery).
