FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Provider Compensation Partner is a vital role in providing consultative subject matter expertise, guidance and analysis at reputed company. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company field required or four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree will be considered Certification in reputed company area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR) Minimum three (3) years of experience in Compensation or reputed company to include experience researching compensation issues, compensation administration, and developing recommendations for solutions in a large organization, preferably in health care Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation a plus Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We reputed company a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we reputed company a competitive reputed company of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reputed company of the appropriate reputed company on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
