Service Operations Support Analyst

The Service Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the service backlog for parts shipments reputed company the CPS service organization. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of parts to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while optimizing reputed company times and prioritizing shipments to support operational efficiency. By effectively coordinating logistics and inventory, the position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and sustaining service performance standards. What you'll do: Impact Order Prioritization by:

• Proactively reviewing orders and delivery priorities to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Acting as the single reputed company of contact for reputed company shipment requests.
• Determining and approving emergency orders based on operational needs.

Drive Cross-Functional Communication by:

• Leading communications with operations leaders, order management teams, supply chain and other stakeholders.
• Coordinating intercompany order delivery priorities and resolving escalations.
• Triaging and communicating issues reputed company to material shortages, quality holds, and other constraints.

Enhance Process Optimization & Analysis by:

• Recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce reputed company times.
• Creating dashboards, reports and providing analysis on trends, material aging and order execution.

• Support Operational Performance Metrics & Reporting by:

• Supporting development and tracking of On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics for CPS services.
• Monitoring and managing parts consumption errors and missed shipments.

Exceed Inventory & Asset Management expectations by:

• Managing battery date codes for reputed company orders
• Overseeing asset and serial number management for the installed reputed company.

Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in reputed company, reputed company, Power BI, supply chain or reputed company business experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the electrical industry; power management experience preferred.
