Responsibilities Build sustainable relationships and engage customers through high service standards. Enter customer orders, clarify information and identify & resolve customers needs. Seize opportunities to upsell products as they arise, resulting in commission opportunities. Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets. Skills & Abilities - Minimum of one year experience in a customer support role, contact center experience a plus. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on proper grammar Customer focus and adaptability GED or High school diploma required- Minimum. Problem solving skills. Positive attitude Attention to detail.
