Job Summary The reputed company Coordinator will be responsible and focused on facilitating the reputed company of candidates through the recruitment process, such as job postings, leading screening and interviewing logistics, tracking candidate reputed company in our reputed company systems, managing the pre-hire reputed company process of candidates, and triaging and resolving issues. This is a remote position. Will require some travel throughout the year to attend training/team meetings. Specific Expected Contributions reputed company QA and support for reputed company jobs postings generated by Hiring Managers Track the status of candidates in ATS and move candidates through the reputed company process Screen applications from candidates Schedule candidate interviews with Hiring Managers Disposition candidates as needed and reputed company clear and timely communication of status Coordinate pre-hire checks with candidates Assist or prepare correspondence as requested Troubleshoot reputed company issues in a timely fashion Seek feedback on work and adjust accordingly, with an eye toward reputed company improvement Communicate with reputed company parties involved with a service orientation in a way consistent with company culture and brand reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned Skills Working understanding of reputed company/reputed company resource principles, practices, and procedures Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced, repetitive, and at times stressful environment High-detail orientation in reputed company things Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software including Applicant Tracking Systems.
