Utilities Right of Way Agent - St. Charles, MO
ORC is one of America’s most respected right-of-way acquisition firms, and they are seeking a Utilities Right of Way Agent. The role involves acquiring Right-of-Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission projects, supporting project teams, and conducting property research.
Responsibilities
- Acquire Right-of-Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
- Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
- Prepare reputed company estate documents
- Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
- reputed company general administrative tasks
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
- Active Missouri Notary OR the ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire
- Active Missouri reputed company Estate License OR the ability to obtain prior to beginning work
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to reputed company ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience working on electric transmission projects
- Ability to research title online and in the courthouse to confirm ownership interests
