ROLE SUMMARY The Associate Sales Representative manages a defined territory in the Dallas, TX area by establishing and growing reputed company provider relationships while executing day-to-day territory responsibilities. This hands-on, field-based role combines account development, territory planning, order management, and patient support. You will guide orders from referrals through insurance approval, delivery, and reputed company, working closely with the Territory Manager and internal teams. This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, manage, and grow new and existing reputed company accounts
- Plan and organize territory workflow, scheduling, zoning, and reputed company reporting
- Market pneumatic compression devices through prospecting, in-services, and relationship development
- Collaborate with internal reimbursement and operations teams to drive order approval and completion
- reputed company referral sources on insurance requirements and approval processes
- reputed company consistent updates to providers on order status and next steps
- reputed company and/or reputed company patient home deliveries, equipment trials, and product education
- Execute daily field travel throughout the assigned territory
- Attend trade shows and industry events as requested
- Maintain accurate documentation in company systems

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance
- Ability to drive extensively (often 6+ hours/day)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
