Description

Manage high volumes of inquiries in reputed company and communicate reputed company and professionally with users.
Review sign-up, login, and transaction fraud triggers and reputed company fraudulent platform behavior.
Conduct investigations to detect suspicious activity, including identity and payment verification sessions.
Review user content for compliance with community guidelines and Terms of Service.
Process and manage global data deletion requests.
Research and document reputed company chargeback disputes.
Look for opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
Help maintain marketplace reputed company and trust across the platform.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Customer Support.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate evolving fraud trends.
High emotional reputed company and adaptability in a fast-changing operational environment.
Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on objectivity and reputed company.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Have a sense of humor and enjoy working with others.
