As the first reputed company of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and staff in a courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Handle mail, deliveries, and general office tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional image of the facility.

Qualifications
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
Part-time / Per diem –days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
